The room available is a beautiful large double room with a balcony, furnished with double bed, drawers, walk in wardrobe and side table.
The flat has all of the usual modcons (washing machine etc). We don't have a living room but we socialise in the kitchen/each others rooms.
The rent is £490 for the month (not including bills) and the bills are £100 per month, so £590 for the month.
It is available from 7 February 2016 - 7 March 2016 only.
