A room is available to rent from January 2015 in a lovely maisonette in Fentiman Road, opposite the tennis courts in Vauxhall Park. We are looking for a professional, ideally one who is looking for a base in London during the working week.
The room is on the first floor with its own staircase, and has a double bed, its own en-suite shower washroom and a fitted wardrobe. It overlooks the garden and is very quiet, light and sunny.
The maisonette has two en-suite bedrooms, a large light south-facing sitting room, modern kitchen, and cellar with full laundry facilities – washing machine/tumble dryer/iron and ironing board. The garden doors have Banham security gates. The owner will be using the other bedroom occasionally during the week, mainly in the winter months.
The maisonette is a short walk from Vauxhall overground/underground/bus transport hub and supermarkets.
We are looking for a professional person 25-65. The rent includes council tax, water, cleaning and broadband. Electricity & gas are split 50/50. The flat has Internet and TV. A bicycle can be kept in the locked side passage.
