My double room is available in July in a 2 bed flat, in a beautiful purpose built apartment.

The room:

Large double room, comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, 3 sets of chest of drawers, wardrobe and still has a space for another wardrobe/drawers. The room has 2 large windows overlooking a quiet side road.

The flat:

2 bedroom with separate living room and kitchen. Living room is large and fully furnished. Kitchen is overlooking an internal court yard and comes with all cooking facilities.

The flatmate:

27 year old professional male, clean and easy going.

The area:

Only 5 minutes away Vauxhall tube, rail and bus station with a Tesco local, Sainsbury's, Little Waitrose

3 minutes away from famous Bonnington Square Gardens.

7 minutes away from The Gym - 24 hour no contract gym,

10-15 minutes away from Big Tesco.

The river Thames can be reached in only 3 minutes, and you will only be at a 12 minute-walk from Big Ben !

I am seeking to reduce my commute to work hence moving out.
