Modern 2-bedroom flat in excellent location

Hi all,

I found a new job outside of the UK and I am moving out shortly from a wonderful 2-bedroom flat featuring a large living room and kitchen and a large, cosy bathroom.

There are two rooms in the flat. Both rooms are furnished. The rest of the flat is also fully furnished and benefits from a fully fitted living room and kitchen.

The area has all the amenities you can think of: Tesco Express, 24-hour gym and buses number 87 (connecting to central London), 77 and 196 are literally right by the doorstep! Stockwell and Vauxhall stations are approximately 10 minutes away on foot. There are also parking spots for bikes inside the building for those who, like me, like to cycle everyday to work!

The total rent for the flat is £ 1500 to be split between the two future tenants. Our current arrangement is 775/725 for large/small rooms, but obviously this is up to the new tenants! expenses are about 90 quid per person per month.
