* Room - Fully furnished (see pictures), newly painted, bedding (if needed), space for a desk.
* Bathroom - shared with one other person, includes storage space too.
* WC - separate to bathroom and there is a second downstairs.
* Sitting room - plenty of sofa space, smart telly
* Kitchen - fully stocked with pots and pans, range master (5 hob, grill and fan oven).
* Two lovely cats included too.
* Have a bicycle? - I have a space in a secure bike hangar.

The longer version:
Large and fully furnished double room in a very calm and friendly house, all bills included. Two friendly cats also reside here. We have the luxury of both a garden downstaris and a roof terrace upstairs. The best of both worlds! It is a Victorian house and it has loads of communal space indoors too. The sitting room (with smart telly), dining room, eat-in kitchen, and utility room (with WC and spare shower) are downstairs. The bedrooms, bathroom, and separate WC are upstairs.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street just off Wandsworth Road. I have flagged the location as Vauxhall on the advert, but we are equally close to Stockwell too (about a 7 minute walk) for the Northern and Victoria lines. Wandsworth Road overland is also a short walk away.

I am a live-in landlord, but don't let that put you off. I am very easygoing and I enjoy sharing with other people. Housemates can do their own thing or stop off for a chat. It is entirely up to you.

I am a positive and active person. I am a teacher, so I often work long hours, but I love my job. When I am not up to my eyeballs in paperwork I like getting to the gym (Pure Gym just around the corner), having a game of tennis (courts in Larkhall Park), going to the theatre (87 to the West End in 15-20 min), climbing (Brixton Rec is only 20min walk away or no time on the 196), swimming (either Clapham Manor St or Brixton Rec) and I cycle everywhere. I love anything that involves fancy dress/dressing up as I spend most of my life in jeans. My next big life goal is to do a DJ course, just for the laugh. I enjoy exploring new places/cultures, especially Central and Eastern Europe.

Parking (permit required) is genuinely plentiful on our street and you can usually park right outside the door.

A quick word about smoking - This is always a non-smoking house. However, you can smoke outside (covered front porch available in inclement weather).
