But thought I'd give you a heads up before you come see the flat.
Seeing as I am the only registered tenant at the flat, this means you can not use the address to receive mail through post.
Unless you have an address where your letters are sent and you usually pick them whenever you can, this flat won't be suitable for you.

It's well maintained in a pretty quiet area located around Kennington, Oval, Vauxhall, Elephant & Castle. Just 5 minutes walk from Oval or Vauxhall stations, and plenty of buses to cover most routes to the city and nearby locales. Everything is within reach, plenty of local restaurants different cuisines, 24hr corner shop, Tescos 3-4 mns away, waitrose & Sainsburys 5mns away at Vauxhsll station.
Looking for a lodger who is very principled, loyal, not noisy, tidy and clean. I am moving somewhere close to my job where I will be staying for now. You will have the entire flat to yourself.
I have a very good reputation with my neighbours, I am very considerate, I don't need someone who is going to be a nuisance and cause me problems.
All bills inclusive i. e. water, gas, electric, broadband & council tax, we can have an arrangement if you prefer to pay for gas & electric yourself using a card and key. Everything you need is already in the flat...microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, built-in wardrobe, bed, extra. All you need to bring with you is just your personal stuff say...clothes.
Someone single, focused on their career or education & future would be more ideal.
