Cozy en-suit Studio with kitchen available

It is a one bedroom en-suit studio with a private kitchen in a student hall (The Hub student accommodation). It includes free wifi, cable tv (flatscreen), heating, electricity... in a shared building which makes it easy to get to know other people. The bed is a small double bed. I am looking for someone who is interested in taking over my contract/room starting from halfway December/beginning January. It is centrally located and only minutes away by foot from Vauxhall station. Easy access to trains, buses and the underground. There are three super markets around the corner. This place also has a share/communal area for the whole building which includes a pool table, large working tables, piano, comfy couches and a big flatscreen TV. Laundry is also available in the building.
