We have a big room to rent from the end of December, in a spacious 3 bedroom flat located in zone 1 with easy access into Central London.

You’d be sharing with two young professionals in their late twenties. Marleen and Alex are easy going and sociable people who like to stay in and enjoy a glass of wine after work but also do their own thing. They are well travelled, out going and like to socialise as a flat.

Alex is bit of foodie so he can recommend nice pubs, restaurants and bars in the area like the Canton Arms (as well as across London). Marleen loves a good night out but also a good Netflix night in.

• Less than 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall tube (Victoria line / night tube) and railway as well as Stockwell tube (Northern Line / night tube) and 24 hour buses.
• Three nearby gyms
• A large and newly opened Sainsbury’s store
• Vibrant cafes and restaurants.

Rent is £800 a month with a £600 deposit and £75 administration fee. Couples are welcome to apply.
