Sunny bedroom with park view & terrace in Vauxhall

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace me as I'm leaving to my own place shortly. Ideally want to find someone ASAP to replace me as I've already moved out.

The house is situated on Kennington Lane, 1 minute away from Vauxhall Underground and 4 minutes from Oval. The four floors are above a day spa/tanning shop form the house. The bedroom overlooks Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, a small historic park with a city farm, horse paddock and a large open view (rare in Central London). There is a Tesco Superstore 1 minute away, with plenty restaurants and bars nearby.

The Property:

Ground floor - entrance, hallway and small storage area
Mezzanine floor - one spacious bathroom, one shower-room, utility room
1st floor - one bedroom, and shared living/dining/kitchen area which is very large, on the road side of the house
Roof Terrace - between first and second floors, large enough for 15-20 people standing, 10-12 seated comfortably
2nd floor - two bedroom's (one of which is the room in question)

The room is large big and super sunny in summer, with a window overlooking the park and city farm! It comes optionally furnished with a bed, mirror and chest of drawers. Lovely original wooden floors, and definitely the nicest bedroom in the house (and the quietest).

The room is available as soon as references are cleared. The living dining space is currently unfurnished (i've taken my stuff) and one of the tenants is investing in his own set (decor advice welcome) but if you have your own furniture you are welcome to bring it. The bedroom is optional furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the property is fully furnished.
