Beautiful Riverside 10th Floor Apartment

The Important Stuff
- The lease will renew on 26th September
- The lease is for 2 years with a clause to get out after 1 year without fees

It's a three bedroom apartment on the 10th floor of one of the Riverlight Quay new buildings.
It has a balcony over the river with a view of whole Central London.
It has a second balcony shared between two of the bedrooms.
The three bedrooms have all double beds and are of slightly different sizes:
- smaller one with window
- medium one with balcony
- larger one with balcony and ensuite bathroom

It has washing machine, dishwasher, winery, 200Mb/s wifi.
The complex offers 24h concierge, gym and spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room).

I (and my current housemates) are the first people to occupy it. Our contract ends on the 25th September and my housemates will move out (one is going to live with his brother, the other one wants to spend less).

I am excited to stay here since the agency told us they would not increase our rent, which is of 3466£ a month.
The rooms are slightly different sizes, and so we currently have this breakdown:
1056£: smaller room with window
1156£: medium room with balcony
1256£: large room with balcony+bathroom

To that, you need to add ~100£ a month of bills.

I am looking for two housemates to take two of the rooms. Don't mind if it's guys or girls, as long as they are chilled, tidy (but not ocd) and possibly outgoing.
