Short Term/ Sublet Room in Central London Vauxhall

I am going abroad for a month and am looking to sublet my room for 3-4 weeks while I am gone. I am flexible on dates so please do ask! Bills are included and there is a cleaner every other week which costs £15 not included in the bills. You will be sharing with a lovely, friendly female professional.

About the Flat:

Lovely, light, modern flat in unique green space in Central London. Close to River Thames and 15 minutes walk from Houses of Parliament. 5 minutes walk from well-connected Vauxhall Station - Zone 1 Victoria Line tube and South West direct trains to Waterloo, Wimbledon, Hampton Court and Windsor etc. Can be in Soho in 20 mins!

The flat is between two parks and close to supermarkets, shops, pubs, bars and restaurants - it really is a special location!

Though we both like to go out to other people's parties there are strictly no parties/gatherings in our flat! We keep it clean, tidy and take care of the space - it is more of a safe haven from the city.
