The available room is a large (20sqm) double-bed bedroom wih plenty of storage and has its own modern bright bathroom (SW facing window) with double washing table, bathtub/shower/heated towel rack (shared with another roommate, unless a couple takes the entire floor). Cleaner comes once a week and stunning terrace which is great for bbqs with friends during the summer. Large kitchen incl. dishwasher and dining table, fridge/freezer. Overall the house is very spacious and flooded with natural light.

The current tenants are two women. They are both easy going, sporty and friendly, looking for a flatmate who is considerate and tidy.
