The property is a furnished 4-floor Victorian house in Victoria, close proximity to supermarkets, shops and restaurants and a 5-minute walk from Victoria station.

The room is bright and generously spaced with 2 walk-in closets and 2 small closets (1 just outside the room that will be yours only and another one inside the room).

The ground floor has a large kitchen, a patio for BBQ and a second back entrance. Next to the kitchen is a small living room followed by the large comfortable main living room with the primary front entrance. The neighbourhood is very quiet despite quick access to all local amenities.

Existing tenants include 2 young professionals including an investment banker and an accountant at a restaurant group.

We are looking for someone to move in based on a side contract until September, which is when the current lease ends, with the intention of renewing as 3 co-tenants in September 2020 for another year. The landlords are very accommodating and would like to renew the lease as well given the good relationship we’ve established with them over the years.
