1x double bedroom close to Victoria/Sloane Square

Hello!

We have a double bedroom in a brand renewed flat between Victoria and Sloane Square.

- The flat:

Your room will come with a new mattress, bed, bedside table, spacious wardrobe and mirror (see photos).

The kitchen is shared and fully equipped with various amenities: kettle, toaster, mixer and microwave. Soon to be added an air fryer and a blender.
There is also a brand new oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine (it is also a dryer). Cutlery, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking trays and cooking utensils come with the flat as well.

The bathroom is shared. There is both shower and a bath.

Right outside there is a nice internal garden that we share with the whole building's residents, where you can safely leave your bike if you have one.

Regarding the bills, only water is included in the monthly rent.

NOT included: electricity varies from £90-150 per month per person depending on the season, council tax is £35 per person and internet is £15 per person.

Preferably we would like someone who can stay one year and renew the contract on a yearly base.

- The neighbourhood:

All kinds of shops are within walking distance: there is a small Sainsbury right downstairs. Tesco is 10mins walk away, while Waitrose is at 12mins.

Victoria station is within 12mins walk and along Victoria Street, there are different shops (Boots, Zara, Mango etc.) and restaurants.
Sloane Square is within a 10mins walk and there are also various shops, restaurants and Saatchi Gallery as well.

The flat is also close to Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station (7mins walk; you just need to cross the bridge), where lots of new restaurants have recently opened.

- About us and the new flatmate we are looking for:

Both of us are very chill: sometimes we hang out together, share a nice dinner with drinks (either take out/delivery or we cook/bake together at home) or watch movies. We also evaluate and respect each other's personal space and 'me-time'.
There is a very friendly and homey environment within the flat, indeed we are always there for each other whenever one of us needs help. The flat is super clean as we take turns to clean it weekly.

We are looking for a female young professional (preferably) who likes to hang out, but also knows how to spend time by herself. Being respectful of the common spaces and helping in keeping the flat neat and clean is an essential requirement.
