Moving out due to personal reasons

The building was renovated 2 years ago and is a beautiful Victorian building situated a 2-mins walk away from Victoria station.
This is a safe, beautiful and convenient area, and you could easily reach the Big Ben, the Thames and Hyde Park etc. by foot.

The flat is shared amongst 7 students. My flatmates aren't loud and they are very clean and considerate.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one person. The flatmate I currently share with is very sensible and hygienic.

The flat is readily available from now and the tenancy would last until mid-August. I'm happy to do a viewing if you are interested in the place. I'd like to move out as soon as possible.
