HOUSE AND LOCATION:
We have a gorgeous Victorian house which has been recently renovated, situated less than a 5 minute walk from Victoria Station and St James Park Station on a historic and quiet residential road. We have two pubs on the road and are within a 5 minute walk of many parks, gyms, shops, bars and restaurants. If you are big on walking or cycling — you’ve definitely found the place. We can walk to Buckingham palace in about 4 minutes, with Oxford Circus and Soho taking about a 25 minute walk. Sloane Square and Hyde Park are also very close.
We are looking for someone to rent a medium-sized double room in our 4 bedroom house (room 2 on the floorplan). The house itself is pretty insane, the kitchen and shared spaces are absolutely massive. The house was repainted, re-floored and newly furnished last year so is in excellent condition (and we would love to keep it that way)! The mattresses are also brand new.
The house has a large living room with home office area, a large dining room, a roof terrace, and tons of additional storage space that you are welcome to use. There are two communal bathrooms (1 with shower) and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer/dishwasher. We have every appliance that you could possibly need. There is a desk and large table that you are free to use if you work from home.
The room has a double bed, large window, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is at the back of the house away from the road. The tenant would share a modern bathroom with 2 others.

We like to think that we are three fun-loving and normal girls. We are a very international house, already representing three continents (English, American, and Australian). We met on spare room and have been living together ever since (about 2 years now)! We often socialise together in the form of wine nights, gym classes, dinners, movie nights, and the occasional bank holiday trip. We all work quite busy jobs, however when we have friends over to the house — its generally an open invite for everyone to join in on the fun! We equally give each other space and have our own things that we enjoy doing. We are looking for a housemate of a similar age, with a similar professional lifestyle and interests, who could become a friend and have casual catch-ups after work. Ideally we would love someone who is respectful of the space and clean.
BORING ADMIN:
Bills are not included in the rent. They are usually around £170PCM. This includes gas and electric, water, council tax, wifi, tv licence, and a cleaner that comes for 4 hours per fortnight. We have a communal tv in the living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+.
Our contract will be renewed in October 2024, and we would ideally love somebody who wants to stay long term.
