I have rented a beautiful 2b2b recently and have a double room with good storage along with a unattached bathroom available near Victoria (15 min walk)/Pimlico station (8-9 mins walk). It is a very well maintained, beautiful, homely flat with a spacious high ceiling living room. There is a small balcony area attached to the living room as well.

There is beautiful Church/Garden in front the house, with a 10 min walk to the Thames! Its a very calm and quiet location

I work near Moorgate station and am in office about 3 days a week. I am very happy to give people their private time and also hang out once in a while. Very easy person to get along with and not fussed about things at all, except not leaving the place too messy.

I am looking for someone to be a part of the tenancy agreement, it’s a 12 month agreement with a 6 month break clause.
