Located just a 12-minute walk from Victoria Station and 8 minutes from St James’s Park, the flat is incredibly well-connected while still feeling peaceful. Hi, I’m Fiona — a 27-year-old consultant working in central London.

The flat includes a fully furnished bedroom with a bed frame, mattress, bedside table, and built-in wardrobe, as well as your own private bathroom just across the hall. There’s a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table, and dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also an electric fireplace that makes the space feel especially cozy in the evenings.

Bills are reasonable, with WiFi at around £18/month, heating and electricity about £50/month, and council tax roughly £60/month.

The room is available April 30th, and there will also be another room becoming available in July.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I really value having a calm, clean, and friendly home—somewhere that feels comfortable to come back to after a busy day. I’m always happy to chat but also respectful of personal space.
