I am a student at UAL looking for a replacement for my room in student accommodation over the summer, from start of july to august 25th.
The accommodation is well situated in Victoria, short walk from the station and good access to public transport.
The room is on the sixth room featuring a large single memory foam mattress, sink, desk and lots of storage. Bathroom is shared with one other person and is cleaned on a weekly basis. Kitchen is shared with the whole floor (24 people) but is very spacious and gets cleaned weekly by professional cleaner - amenities include large fridge/freezer, fan oven, ceramic hobs, microwave/grill and dining area.
In general, the accommodation is smart and clean and situated in a nice area, spaces such as two lounge/TV rooms and study room are available for all tenants to use.
All bills included with the rent, including wifi.
