New tenant - Central London, minutes from Victoria

This great 2 bedroom flat has an amazing location in Central London near Victoria station. The flat is located on the 6th floor of a sought after building with lift and concierge. Sadly I am moving home and leaving this flat and need to find a suitable replacement to take over my room. The other tenant is staying on. Looking for working professional to take on one of the rooms for the remainder of lease.
