Sadly I am moving home and leaving this flat and need to find a suitable replacement to take over my room. The other tenant is staying on. Looking for working professional to take on one of the rooms for the remainder of lease.
This flat has concierge at front desk. 1 Bathroom with shower, shared large living area with sofa and dining table with chairs included, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine (2 in 1 dryer), dish washer. Please note, we are renting out one of the bedrooms. Security deposit £1375. This will be a change of occupancy of the existing contract managed by the agency. April 2025 is the current lease expiry.
References will be required via the agency, may take up to two weeks. Proof of income in the region of 30 times the monthly rent (ie at least 30*1191 = at least 36000 pounds yearly salary each) with a fixed contract of permanent employment along with previous landlord references, as well as the right to rent in the UK.

The location is incredible, close to Victoria train station, an abundant amount of shops and cafes nearby. St James park is only a couple minutes walk away from the flat. The Victoria, District and Circle line and national rail are all within a few minutes walk from the flat.
Parking is available, however, this would be a separate payment and contract.
