Flatmate Wanted for Modern 2-Bed 2-Bathroom Flat

Hi there, I’m a second-year KCL student looking for a flatmate for the next academic year (my brother was going to stay with me but his plans changed last minute). I have a two-bedroom two-bathroom fully furnished flat in Victoria (SW1E 5BA) in a concierge managed building. We will share a living room and kitchen area in one, fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms. I’ll be using the smaller room with a single bed, and am renting out the bigger bedroom with a double bed. I am a tidy and clean person and am happy to socialise depending on your preference :)

The bedroom is fitted with a desk, chair, and wardrobe. Most bills are included and I’d be happy to have a 9 or 10 month lease (I. e. for students looking for a place during term time). I’d love to flat with someone who enjoys a clean and cosy home environment, and feel free to reach out if you are interested !
