Flatmate wanted for 2-bed 2-bathroom flat

Hi! I’m a friendly, considerate and tidy 19 year old, 2nd year student at KCL (would prefer a flatmate close in age!). I enjoy a cosy home and am looking for a like-minded flatmate to join me in a newly renovated fully furnished 2 dbl bedroom/2 bath apartment with modern kitchen in a concierged building with secure bike locking in SW1E 5BA.

Rental is £400 pw, 9 months initial contract, most utilities included. Rented room will include wardrobe, double bed and study desk.
