I need someone to take over my lease, as I have to move back to Australia. The lease will be from 1st November 2024 to 30th September 2025, with a 1 month break clause. We can be flexible with the move in date throughout November.

Rent is £975 per month, bills come to about £200 per month.

This is a great lower ground floor flat, I'm sad to be leaving it! The current flat mate is one of my best friends in London. She is from Madrid, with a vibrant and lively personality. During the week she keeps to herself, but very much enjoys having a chat and laugh.

The room is double size, with your own ensuite and window looking out to the terrace. There is lots of wardrobe space.

There is a shared living room, great size modern kitchen, with full size fridge and dishwasher, dining nook, and a separate washer and drying machine. Outside terrace is perfect for summer dinners.

The location is amazing, it is 8 minutes walk to Victoria Statiom, about 10 - 15 minutes walk to Sloane Square and King's Road, and 10 minutes to Pimlico
