This modern 2 bedroom flat has an amazing location in Central London, less than a 2 minute walk from Victoria Station.

The apartment includes a concierge at the front desk, 1 bathroom and shower, shared large living area with a sofa and dining table with chairs including a fully stocked kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher etc). The flat is fully furnished.

You will be living with Me, 27 year old working professional from Canada. I am in office 4 days a week and would prefer someone who does not WFH.

Rent is £1192 (not including bills) and is available as a short term sublet, or a lease take over. Lease ends mid April of 2025.
