This great 2 bedroom flat has an amazing location in Central London, less than 2 minute walk from Victoria station. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building in a much sought after area of London.

The apartment includes a concierge at the front desk, 1 bathroom and shower, shared large living area with a sofa and dining table with chairs including a fully stocked kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher etc). The flat is fully furnished.

You will be living with Me, 27 years old from Canada who is social and interested in football/ gym. I work in aviation.

Please note, we are renting out one of the bedrooms. Security deposit is £1375. This will be a change of occupancy of the existing contract managed by the agency. April 2025 is the current lease expiry.

References will be required by the agency as well as have a contract that confirms your annual salary is at least 30 times the monthly rent.
