I’m looking for a female housemate in a two bed, two bath in Pimlico, close to Victoria station. Rent is £1300 plus bills (~100). Move-in date mid/end of November, with some flexibility.
The flat has a balcony, concierge, onsite gym and bike storage/ parking spot.
I’m relocating and am looking for someone to take over my contract. My housemate Dana and I have been living here for 2 years, she’ll be staying in the other room. She would ideally look for someone that is interested in extending the existing contract when it comes up in June.
About Dana: She’s 26 years old, tidy and sociable, works in investment banking in the city.
