Hi! I'm currently looking for someone to take over my 12-month long tenancy at Urbanest Victoria! The property is a beautiful building meant solely for students in an incredibly central location, and the room itself is a furnished, private room on the second floor facing the street! Bathrooms are shared between two occupants. The flat is a modern, cozy one with updated amenities and everything! Students have access to a shared kitchen, lounge, gaming area, study room, laundry, etc. If you're at all interested, the tenancy is set to begin on September 6, though you can check in at any time throughout the month of September!
