Renting out my room while away

Short let for the month of March, dates can be slightly adjusted.
No deposit, bills included
No couples please, females preferred.

Just 3 mins walk from Victoria station. The flat is on the top floor of a red brick mansion block with a lift. It has two rooms one of them is occupied by a professional woman in her 30s.
Living room: TV, sofa, dining table for 4
Separate kitchen: dishwasher, a new washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer.
Bathroom: bath/shower, WC, sink, storage shelf and two large mirrors.
The bedroom offered is small but has a double bed, ikea shelving unit, workspace corner and a wardrobe.
