En-suite double room in 2 bedroom Victoria flat

Hi, I'm Janice and I am looking for a cool, calm, clean and respectful person to move in my spare room. It's a double, en-suite room located just a couple of minutes walk to St James's Park station and less than 10 minutes to Victoria Station.
The bedroom is equipped with a double, very comfortable bed and has pretty much closet space. The rent is bills inclusive and a 4 weeks deposit will be requested in the moment you sign the contract. Looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, preferable a year. Available for viewings upon request.
