Concierge downstairs who collect post + deal with any housing repairs

Bills - £200 monthly

Myself- clean, respectful , and often out so as a will have apartment to yourself often

Tenancy will be sorted through estate agent and landlord who will provide paperwork so no worries around strange sub-let situations.

Estate agent will also do employment checks so all done legally and properly.
