Thanks so much for checking out my ad! I'm currently renting out a room in my flat, which is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. It's super peaceful and clean, and you'll find all the essentials nearby.
The flat is fully furnished, recently refreshed, and professionally cleaned. I'm good if you are working from home. It’ll just be the two of us living here, and I’m usually out of the flat during the day, so there’s plenty of space to relax and unwind from the hustle of city life. There is secured bike storage downstairs, a security guard team patrolling the area 24/7, and a very nice path to walk or run by the water.
The room is a spacious double with a king-size bed, a big wardrobe, a bookshelf, and an extra chest of drawers. You can access the balcony with a beautiful view from the room as well.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.
(The reason the current flatmate is moving out is only because they decided to move back home.)
Location Highlights:
There's a cosy coffee shop with a co-working space right next to the building.
Two awesome gyms are just a 5-minute walk away.
You'll find two grocery stores within 2 to 5 minutes on foot. If you need to do some bigger shopping, there are two major shopping centres within a 20 to 30-minute walk or a 10 to 20-minute bus/DLR ride. These have everything you need—big Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Boots, TK Maxx, and more. Plus, I usually drive to do my shopping at least once a week, and I'd be more than happy to bring you along!
Travel Convenience:
Great transport links with the DLR station just a 5-minute walk away.
From there, it's an 8-minute ride to connect to the Elizabeth line, making it easy to get into central London within 25 to 35 minutes.
Who I'm Looking For:
I'm hoping to find a respectful, friendly, and easy-going flatmate—someone who enjoys good company but also respects personal space.
Move-in Details:
The move-in process will require a 4-week deposit and 4 weeks' rent upfront.
A full contract will be provided, and I'm happy to use Tenancy Deposit Protection (TDP) for peace of mind for both of us.
