En-suite double with amazing views-Royal Docks

We have a double, en-suite, room available in our three-bed top floor penthouse with amazing views overlooking the Royal Docks in E16.

The room:
A large double bedroom with wardrobe, storage and en-suite (bath and shower) room. The bedroom on offer is the largest of the three.

The flat:
Our penthouse is a large, three bed, four-bathroom flat, spread over the top 2 floors of a block of flats. There is a large open-plan lounge and kitchen area with a guest WC. The whole space is bright, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows throughout. There is also a generous balcony overlooking the waterfront with spectacular views from the lounge.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms (each with their own en-suite).

We asked our tenants what they’d like in a new housemate. This is their reply:
We love where we live, so keeping our home tidy and clean is hugely important to us. Having someone with the same standards of cleanliness, and respect for both the flat and each other are key.

Ideally, we'd like to find someone who is sociable but not big on partying as we work long hours at jobs we love . That said, we do really like hanging out with each other whenever we can, and generally just chilling at the flat. We both work from home and the office and are happy for a new housemate to do the same.


Bills are roughly £150-200/month. It's also worth mentioning that one of the tenants has a peanut allergy so the flat is a peanut free flat.

Regarding viewings, a short list will be invited to come in person this week, on Wednesday the 2nd of September and Thursday the 3rd from 6pm.

We won’t let to anyone rent the room without an in person viewing, as we believe this is hugely important for everyone (for us to meet you and for you to see the property).

No students or couples please.
