I have a lovely double room for rent in the heart of Victoria park village, close to shops, restaurants and transport links.

Price of the room includes all bills, use of washing machine and dryer, internet, kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

Room comes with a double bed, bedding, side table & lamp, chest of drawers, desk and chair, rail with hangers, washing basket and drying rack.

I am looking for someone who is family friendly. I live with my 2 teenage daughters We are a very relaxed family and respect each other's privacy.
