Gorgeous double spacious room

Double, spacious room in house situate in lovely location and in a private and quiet close. We ( I and my small doggy Dusky ) I live next door to beautiful Victoria Park in Hackney. There are lots of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants and delis nearby. It is a really pretty spot.

I am looking for a fellow clean and tidy professional or a studious, quiet student. Someone independent who has a busy work and social life and who is not working from home or studying in their room most or even half of the week.

Rent is payable a month in advance. In terms of references: it is likely that a copy of employment contract will suffice and proof of ID and/or home address and contact details of family.

A month's rent as deposit is required & is not usable as a rent payment. A calendar month's notice either side from date of each month you moved in to terminate under normal circumstances ( this is waivable by agreement ) where it is a 3 months or more let. The deposit will be paid back in full to you when you give back the keys providing no loss and/or damage has been caused: see below

For lets at or under 3 months it is £900 for 4 weeks, £225 per week and £35 per night and I will require £100 deposit.

It is a term of the license that occupier cleans their room every 1 - 2 weeks, leaves the shared parts ( kitchen and bathroom ) as they found them and clears up after themselves and makes a fair and reasonable contribution to shared items like washing up liquid, toilet rolls, taking out the rubbish etc etc. If I have to contribute more than my fair share then I will deduct room cleaning etc and cost of items from the deposit paid. There is only me here and I am extremely busy and not the house skivvy

The room is light and airy and there is plenty of storage space for your clothes. I can provide towels and bed linen.

I work from home and am very clean and tidy so need someone who is also clean and tidy. Apart from that I am pretty relaxed and laid back with a great sense of humour. I work a lot in evenings in living room. I am also a musician and sometimes make a bit of a repetitive noise recording and/or rehearsing

Further house rules: no shoes in house, no smoking in house ( can in courtyard ), leave bathroom and kitchen as you found them and be clean and tidy, contribute on a fair and reasonable basis to shared items like toilet rolls, washing up liquid and sponges and cloths, bin liners, taking out household rubbish from kitchen and bathroom to big bins, the recycling and keeping the shared parts (kitchen, bathroom, stairs and landing ) clean PLEASE

I am happy to allow use of living room when I am not here and to reward for any doggy sitting services. Woof woof !.
