My partner and I own this two bedroom, three bed, one bath flat on the fourth floor of a council block in a great part of east London. We love living here but had to relocate to NYC. We're looking for respectful folks to rent the flat.
Starting this week, the flat is getting a major face lift. The kitchen and the bathroom are getting a total renovation and all the rooms will be brought back to full glory. This will wrap up the last week of February. We're including old photos (but omitted the galley kitchen and the bathroom since they'll be literally unrecognizable). We'd love to let someone caring be the first to enjoy it starting March 1st - for as long as you'd need.
We're very flexible people and are looking for good and chill tenants. The flat is in a super location - 5 minutes walk to Victoria Park and 5 minutes walk to London Fields. We're leaving the flat furnished, but with plenty of closet, dresser, and hanger space for you.
The space gets amazing light - and is quite spacious. The gas and electricity are metered, so that isn't included in rent. But council tax, and fiber optic internet is included. We're a 1-minute walk from a Lidl, and a load of other shops. It's truly the perfect flat.
We're both marketingish professionals in our early 30s. We're open to kind people and the kind small pets you may have (we don't ourselves, but we're down with a good cat or small pup).
FYI there isn't a lift.
