PLEASE NOTE: The room is initially offered on a sublet basis until 17 March. After that point, there's the opportunity to replace me on the tenancy and become permanent. We're looking for someone who is keen to stay long-term. The current rent is fixed until October 2025, so guaranteed not to change in that period.
**About the current housemates**
Seth is 31, British and works in hospitality. Julia is 40, Canadian, and works in speciality coffee. They both work regular hours with early starts.
As a household, we're all friendly, tidy and respectful. The flat is peaceful, chilled and homely. Whilst we have our own things going on, we also enjoy the occasional dinner party or film night in, or weekend coffee together.
*About you*
Looking for someone 30+ who wants to share a home, rather than an anonymous house share. Someone who is friendly, tidy and experienced in house sharing / splitting responsibility for cleaning essential. Very happy to have people who WFH - there's both a desk in the room, and also a dining room table to work from.
The landlord requests proof of a regular income, so you'll need to be employed. No students - sorry!
