The Situation:

My current flatmate will sadly be leaving on October 1st.
I'm searching for someone to occupy her spacious double room and share our lovely flat.
We are currently looking for someone to stay for at least 3 months to get to know each other and assess the vibe. There's potential to extend the arrangement and find a long-term housemate.
A commitment for a minimum of 3 months is required.

We will held viewings in the next week in order to find the best candidate as soon as possible.

Price is £1.200 per month , bills not inc (around £150)
