Double room ( two parts) in Victoria Park village

As I'm moving out, I'm leaving my lovely double room and I am looking for a new roomate to share this 3 bedrooms in a 2 floors apartment. There is a good atmosphere in this flat share, we all have stuff in our own life but we share this flat and we always keep it tidy and clean. I'm sad to leave this flat, really love my room and the balcony, especially during summer :)

2 minutes from Victoria park with all restaurant and supermarket in 10 minutes., very good area. The room comes just with the bed, wardrobe and a side table, in the house we all share the bathroom and kichen.
washing machine and dry machine are available in the kitchen.
The house is 900 pounds per mouth with bills not included, the bills are gas, electricity, water, council tax, Internet and cleaner 2 times per mouth what comes to around 170 pounds. So 1070 per month.
