Our lovely lodgers of 7 years are moving out before the 1st of July and the flat will be ready to move into on the 1st of August.
( If you need to move in before then please let me know, incase we can get it ready before then )
The rent includes all bills and wifi.
The flat is the upstairs part of a victorian house.
It is a self contained flat with its own entrance and consists of a large open plan, double windowed sitting room and kitchen diner.
A double bed room with built in storage.
Also an attic room currently being used as a second bedroom with work space.
Please note that this room is only head hight in the middle.
A bathroom with a shower over bath, WC, sink and washing machine.
The flat is fully furnished but please get in touch if this is a problem for you.
There is plenty of storage.
There is an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Please note that there is no dish washer although room could be made for one.
All the rooms are very light and airy with nice views.
Please note that the flat is the top part of the house so there are stairs to climb.
The house is on a cul-de-sac that ends on Well Street common and connects to Victoria park.
Victoria park is a lovely park with access to canal walks, wetland areas, Hackney Wick, Stratford olympic village, Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International train station.
The flat is in a quiet, residential area but is also only a 2 min walk away from shops, restaurants, bars and bus routes.
The bus routes will take you to the City, Docklands, the West end and Stratford.
The nearest Tube stations are Mile End and Bethnal Green and the nearest overground stations are Homerton, Hackney Wick and Cambridge Heath.
The rent includes all bills and Wifi.
There is on street parking at a small cost.
There's room for bikes in the hallway or bikes can be locked to the railings just outside.
We are a couple in our 60's and we live in the bottom part of the house with our own entrance.
I will be posting photos of the inside of the flat in a couple of weeks but if you would like to see a couple of very old ones before then please get in touch.
We regret that we cant have any pets.
