Description
We have 1 ensuite double room available in our amazing flat. The flat is in the heart of Victoria Park village and boasts two roof terraces, mezzanine, and plenty of space. You'll be living with 3 professionals who are long term residents and very easy to get along with. We are chatty and sociable in the living room and enjoy cooking, watching a series, playing the odd game together but respect each other's space too.
The room is located on the first floor, with living spaces on the second (top) floor. It has high ceilings, two sash windows (with secondary glazing for the winter months), plenty of space for a big desk and an ensuite shower room. The room comes with double wardrobe, double bed & mattress. The rest of the furniture belongs to the current tenant (who may be open to selling some of helpful).
There is a separate laundry cupboard with both washing machine and tumble dryer.
On Street permit parking is available through Hackney Council.
The current tenant is looking to move on the weekend of 14th Feb with some contract overlap, so there is flexibility to coordinate with the incoming tenant to find a mutual date following that weekend to suit both parties.
Please note the new tenant will need to be in employment and able to provide an employment reference for tenancy referencing by the landlord.
Bills are shared amongst the house and typically come to £140pcm in summer to £198pcm in the coldest month. This includes:

- Water
- Internet

- TV Licence
- Communal Cleaning (Weekly)
