We have 1 ensuite double room available in our amazing flat. The flat is in the heart of Victoria Park village and boasts two roof terraces, a mezzanine, and plenty of space. You'll be living with 3 professionals who are long term residents and very easy to get along with.
The room itself is located on the first floor, with living spaces on the second (top) floor. It has high ceilings, two sash windows (with secondary glazing for the winter months), plenty of space for a big desk and an ensuite shower room. The room comes with a double wardrobe, double bed & mattress. The rest of the furniture belongs to the current tenant (who may be open to selling).
There is a separate laundry cupboard with both washing machine and tumble dryer.
On Street permit parking is available through Hackney Council.
The current tenant is looking to move out between 31st January and 14th February and is happy to coordinate with the incoming tenant to find a mutual date that suits both parties.
