This one large open planned studio flat is the entire basement floor of a Victorian house , the room has folding doors between the bedroom and kitchen dinning areas with its own separate large bathroom with overhead shower and two sinks along a corridor.
It has a double bed , dinning table/ chairs and kitchen area with fridge. There is a wall of wardrobes in the bathroom and bike storage under the front stairs .
It has its own front door which is accessed from the street .
The owner ( me) lives in the rest of the house and uses the washing machine which is in the studio bathroom otherwise the studio is self contained with patio doors to own patio and shared garden.
I am looking for quiet professional female with interests in social , political fields , educational or charity sector.
