Bright Double Room by Victoria Park

Beautiful open plan ground floor flat right beside Victoria park and Victoria park village with loads of nice pubs and spots to eat nearby. The room is big and bright and overlooks our back garden which is grassy and fully enclosed with lots of greenery. Bills and council tax comes to around £100-120pcm. We do not want to leave despite our two housemates having to move on quite suddenly so we are looking for another couple to replace them as we love the area and the flat. The room is a decent size and has space for a king bed and storage although it comes unfurnished. The rest of the flat is pretty well furnished though current housemates will be taking a few items with them. There is space for one other person to work from home in the landing area where there is space for two desks.

Emma and I have been here for about a year but London for about 2 and a half. Emma is a nurse who works Tuesday to Friday while I WFH 3/4 days a week. We enjoy cooking dinners in the flat and having friends round who live very near. Going out for us is usually just the pub, some food or to a friends so not so many late nights. We like to use the garden for bbqs in the summer but also get out of London fair few weekends.
