Double room in bright flat near Victoria Park

Hi!!
We have a spare double room in our 3 bedroom flat close to Victoria Park.

Our friend is moving out of London so we are keen to find a new flatmate for our home! We would prefer a guy as the balance really worked for us, but obviously open and keen on a good fit!

About the room:
The room is fully furnished (bed, bedside table and wardrobes) and you will be sharing the bathroom with 1 girl.
The bed and mattress are brand new and if you need extra storage, there is an additional wardrobe in the corridor.
The rest of the house is very spacious and bright, the kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher, the living room has a sofa bed and we also have a tiny little balcony. :)

Getting around:
We are 5 min walking to Homerton station (overground), the bus stop to Liverpool street is at the end of the street (26-388 lines) and just 15-20 min walking to London fields and hackney wick.

About us:
We are two Italian girls who have been living in the house for 2 years. We love the area!

Ilaria is 33 yo, works as Manager in the fashion industry, loves music (mainly Techno and electronic), vintage hunting, sewing and Pilates. Basically a grandma that likes to go clubbing.

Silvia is 30 yo, she works in the crime and justice sector, she loves climbing, painting, anything outdoorsy and she is quite a foodie/ wine lover (ask her tips on where to go on your next date, she has tried all restaurants in East London), you’ll often come home and find flowers she bought on her classic Sunday walk which is very cute 🩷

We love how the vibe in our house is very homely and we live like a family, with the house always open! We are a good balance of energetic and fun but we also like to have some quite time especially during the week.
