Spacious room in the heart of Victoria Park

I am relocating for work to beautiful Geneva but that means my double room in our East London haven is available from the second week of (7-11 flexible) October. You would take over my part on the lease which goes until end of June 2025.
The room comes furnished with a bed and I am happy to leave the bedside table and shelves if you want them. It also includes a built-in desk with lots of drawers and what feels like a never ending amount of storage space over two built-in units on either side. It has a big window and a skylight (with a blind) which lets in lots of light.
The flat is also fully furnished and is comprised of two other bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath AND a shower, a pretty big living area with lots of plants (I will be taking most of the books), a kitchen that leads on to a bright conservatory/laundry/sun catching room and a small terrace. It is the upper floor flat on top of a shop and there is also a basement flat below.
It is right on Victoria Park Village, next to shops, cafes, pubs, bakeries and restaurants, as well as a 3 mins walk to Victoria Park itself. A bit further afield you can find (~15-20 mins) Well St, Mare St, Bethnal Green, Hackney Central, London Fields, Homerton, Hackney Marshes and the beautiful canals which can take you to Hackney Wick and all the way to Limehouse/Angel/Walthamstow. It is fairly quiet and there’s a vibrant community feel around with lots of things going on. Closest public transport options are the 277, 388 and 425 buses or Homerton/Bethnal Green ~15 mins walk away either way.
You’ll be sharing with Rupen and Kieran. Rupen, 28, works as a campaigner and loves andré 3000, outdoor swimming and meditation. Also tiny animals in cute outfits. Kieran, 30, works in financial PR and likes long walks, going to the gym, and exploring different cultures through books, cooking, or travelling.
We’re looking for a woman 27+ who is tidy and considerate of other people while enjoying a relaxing and chilled vibe at home. I’m sorry if I don’t get back to you, we are anticipating lots of interest and will prioritise those we think align best with the flat.
