Double room for rent

3 bed flat in Victoria Park

Looking for someone to take over our flatmate’s monthly rolling contract (starting January 25th)

£766/month
Bills average £150 a month including a monthly cleaner for the house

The room is spacious and unfurnished (there will be a mattress there bough by the agency last spring, the agency can provide a bed if you need one). It is at the top of the house (2nd floor) and there are three flights of stairs (so not wheelchair accessible unfortunately).

We have a kitchen with a sofa and a coffee table (no living room so that’s why the rooms are cheap for the area, we are next to Victoria park 2 minutes walk). And a bathroom with a tub.

We are looking for a queer friendly open minded individual, clean, not living the crazy lifestyle (we do like having friends around etc but we are not much party people) and happy to follow the cleaning schedule for the house (nothing too crazy just cleaning after yourself and taking the bins out once a week).

No pets allowed in the flat
Non smoking (we do vape just no cigarettes)
Guarantor needed for students

References required by the agency:
Salary minimum £20k a year
(will need to send proof of income upon signing the contract)
Or maintenance loan and guarantor for students

You’ll be living with myself, Mary-Jane, from France, a video game student and part time employee at a cinema (so come with free cinema tickets as a bundle). I’m 30 and I’ve worked in the film industry for the past decade, love video games, anything artsy and museums. And Miriam, 37 from Spain, team leader at Gail’s which is down the street (comes with sweet treats and sandwiches as a bundle), she loves the gym, self care, music and plants,
