My friend and I have recently decided to relocate closer to our respective workplaces, and so we are looking for two clean and friendly people to take our rooms!

Sandwiched between Victoria Park and London Fields, this 4-bed apartment gives you easy access to some of the very best spots that East London has to offer.

Foodies, you are a short walk from Broadway Market, Victoria Park Market, and can turn it into an even more appetizing trip via Columbia Road, Brick Lane and Roman Road. There are a number of independent supermarkets nearby , and a large Lidl is just 5 minutes’ walk away.

The overground lines make Dalston, Islington, Camden and Stratford all very easily accessible. Anyone wanting a quick commute into the City Centre is well served by numerous bus routes; Bethnal Green station (Central line) is also a 15-minute walk away. And, needless to say, South Hackney is full of great museums, pubs, clubs, events venues. It’s never boring here.

You would be sharing a flat with Nico, an Italian lawyer, and Colin, an Irish barber, who can offer you a sweet discount at his Cambridge Heath shop! As a house, we are very well attuned to each other’s need for space, and there is always a warm undercurrent of great chatter. Nico and Colin are very accommodating - it won't take you long to feel at home here.

The house comes with one bathroom, a spacious communal living room (with Netflix, Xbox, etc.), and a shared, fully-equipped kitchen. Both rooms offer high-quality memory foam mattresses, ample storage space, and views over the leafy Old Kingshold Estate.

All bills (council tax (band C), water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent.
