Description
Hiya!
Flat: The flat is sat between London Fields and Victoria park, we are really well located for overground lines and buses. Lidl is at the top of our road and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars, shops around. The flat is behind two blocks of flats so has a little court yard, and isn't on the main road which makes it chill unless it’s a Saturday night.
Room: The room is on the first floor and is pretty big. It has space for a double bed and a sofa or a desk if you need a bit of working space. You'll be sharing a bathroom upstairs with Dan (Hazel has an en suite). The room comes unfurnished and you will be able to paint the room if you would like.
Us: We're both in our mid to *coughs* late *coughs* 30s. Dan works in Higher Education and Hazel is a marketing strategist. Both of us work from home a couple of days a week.
We tend to be in during the week and do our own things at the weekend. We're definitely not a party house or somewhere to bring the afters, so please bear that in mind. Both of us are very clean, considerate and like to have a chat.
Hazel has a dog called Nala who so a love of dogs is a must. She’s big but she’s a sweetheart.
You: We're looking for someone is LGBTQIA or LGBTQIA+ friendly. Someone who wants to make somewhere a home, will offer to make a cup of tea, hang out every now and again in the communal spaces and talk crap. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, collaborative and considerate of other’s feelings as well as their space.
Money: On top of the rent, we have a cleaner fortnightly and share the cost of communal bits. Bills come to roughly £180 per month.

If you could eat only biscuit for the rest of your life…what would you be and why?
