Double Room available to rent on Lauriston road

We have a bright double room becoming available in our lovely home on Lauriston Road, right in the heart of Victoria Park Village. With the park on our doorstep and plenty of great pubs and restaurants nearby, it’s a perfect location.

You’d be sharing with James, Charlie and JT, all in our early/mid 30s. We’re a friendly, LGBTQ+ inclusive household that enjoys spending time together but also respects each other’s privacy and space. While we don’t have a shared living room, we make up for it with projector movie nights, shared dinners, hanging out in each other’s rooms listening to music, or having a drink together. That said, we’re equally understanding if you’d prefer to do your own thing

We’re all musicians and creative types who work full time (some hybrid, some in office), so the weekends are usually for winding down, catching gigs, art exhibitions, or just enjoying each other’s company. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, and everyone pitches in to make sure it feels like a home.

The house itself has a well kept bathroom with a big bath and great shower, plus a compact but very functional kitchen that’s always worked perfectly for us.

Transport links are excellent too, with the 277 and 425 busses stopping right outside taking you directly to Mile End (Central line) and Hackney/Homerton (Overground).

The 388 bus stops around the corner, giving easy access to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and London Bridge. We are also only a 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green and 15 minute walk to London Fields.

We’re looking for someone of a similar age with shared values and interests, who’d like to join a welcoming home of friends that have lived together for a number of years.

Deposit - Approx £937.50 - Individual rooms are priced differently, so this amount is calculated as 5 weeks rent based on the current price of rent for the full property.
