Large room in Victoria Park Village

Hi, we have a room coming up in our lovely 3 storey Victorian terraced house share right in Victoria Park Village. Great location on a quiet tree-lined street close to Well St Common and Victoria Park, as well as all the great amenities in the village.

Closet tube is Mile End, about a 10 minute bus, and Homerton/London Fields overground are just over 10 minutes walk away.

There are currently 4 of us in the house, Francesca works in fashion, Rhi is a Civil Servant and Solomon works in Advertising. Tristan is leaving us after 2 years to move in with his girlfriend.

The house is very chilled and harmonious - we all do our own thing but sometimes hang out weekday evenings and have the occasional meal together or pub trip.

We have a cleaner every fortnight for the communal areas. All bills including the cleaner are managed via Splitwise and work out to be about £175 per month.

Downstairs there is a spacious well-equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, a sunny conservatory and a large open plan living and dining room (now with table and benches) with very high ceilings. We also have a good sized garden which gets lots of sun in the summer, with a table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Upstairs there are two bathrooms - this room gets use of the smaller bathroom/shower shared with one other person. The rents are adjusted to reflect this.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and then on the second floor another two - with the room in question having the whole width of the house with two windows to the street. It's a big room with plenty of space for a double bed and desk, with a build in wardrobe in one alcove.
