Park Village, to join our calm and comfortable home
It’s a long term tenancy starting in the beginning of December, with the possibility of
extending (I’ve lived in the property for 2 years).
The room comes furnished as shown in the pictures. It’s a spacious, airy, bright room with a
big window and room to live in (not a shoe box).

The rent is £750 plus bills (between £100-£120). There is also a deposit of £750 to be
paid prior to the start of the tenancy.

It’s a 2 storey flat in Victoria Park Road, in the centre of the village, with a shared kitchen
and bathroom. Easy access to all the amenities within the village, great location with
easy transport links to East and Central London either by bus, underground (Mile End
station, 20 min walk, Bethnal Green station, 25 min walk) and overground (Homerton
station, 15min walk).

You’ll be living with me, Luis 28 from Portugal and James 25 from Ireland working in
hospitality and creative industries respectively. James is also moving in so we think it
would be an ideal opportunity for someone who’s looking for a friendly and social place
to also make its home.
