I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from 30 November –30 December while I’m away.
The flat is right next to Victoria Park and near Hackney Wick Overground - perfect for cosy winter walks and everything East London.
You’d be sharing with my lovely flatmate Ellie (23, Australian) and my two very sweet cats who mostly nap, cuddle, and supervise the kitchen 🐈🐈⬛
The room is bright, warm, and fully furnished. We have a big living room, a proper kitchen, and it’s a very calm, creative home.
Rent is usually £1500, but I’m reducing it to £850 + bills and happy to chat depending on the fit and length of stay.
The price is lowered as I’m ideally looking for someone who genuinely loves cats and is happy to help look after them while I’m gone - they’re very easy and affectionate.
Bedding can be provided if you need it, and I’m happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.
